1. Can I post in this forum with the PS2.
2. Can I download MPG, Mpeg and avi files and look at them on my PS2?
3. what about mp3?
4. Hotmail and stuff with high security like paying the bills over internet, can I do that with the PS2?
5. can I hook up a webcamera and a microphone and join livechats?

1) Sure
2) With the HDD and the programs of the navigator yes. I think it won´t be possible in first months.
3) Some people will build a program to use the mp3 music in your console. It´s possible that the navigator is compatible, even I don´t think that.
4) NO, I think.
5) USB is great for that. You´ll can do it.

2. Yes I think that\'ll be possible, cuz Sony has signed a contract with Real Player!
3. Yes, I\'ve heard that the Netspace browser WILL support MP3.
4. In the UK youll be able to use your PS2 for paying your bills. (PSM2)

Actualyl its Yes about everything. 1-3 and 5 are a simple yes. 4 is also simple if you read between the lines. AOL and Sony are designing a made for PS2 version of Netscape. Netscape has 128bit encryption and can be used to pay bills ect. ect. ect. A laptop could do it if you really wanted.
