Title: A question about Ps2 monster cables?
Post by: rastalant on May 28, 2001, 03:17:12 PM
Do they really make a differences in your picture or is just hype.  I\'ve been hearing good things about them so how much of a difference do they make with the ps2?

I have a Sony RGB cable and the picture quality is awesome..
Not blurry like the cable that you get with the PS2..

I wouldnt "waste" so much money on a monstercable..
I\'d buy games instead :D

But thats just me..

In the UK you can get a gold-plated scart cable made by Gamester for £7.99 and its quality I can assure you is just as good as the official Sony one which here in the UK is £34.99!  Defo superb using RGB output.  Do bare in mind though that this cable will not allow DVD playback though, just the games.

I have an Interact RGB cable and the quality is high. Maybe there are little differents between the cables but on my old TV you can\'t see differents.

Go for the monstercables s-vhs cable.
Dont go for RGB because you cant see DVD:s.
The differences between RGB and S-vhs are very small.
I get better picture with the Monster S-vhs than        RGB (cheap). The Picture is awsome!!
I have a expensive Sony 32" wide TV and I get better picture with the Monster S-vhs cable.
There is a difference between Monster S-vhs and other cheaper S-vhs cables. Not much but you can see differences on a good TV.

Regular brand SVHS cables is all you need.  Monster is a big waste of money.  Spend the cash you would save on a game.

Grym kabel.  kostar 995 kronor.
