I can´t watch it at work... so I can´t tell how it looks !!! :D

Excellent looking...  AI doesn\'t look like it\'s programmed in much at all, but looks like there might even be bump mapping on the aliens and walls, and there are obviously tons of lighting and atmospheric effects around... VERY impressive.

Its very early in the games dev.

The Alien AI is pretty much non existent

I really like this AI team-based gameplay kick that developers are getting on.  If they can get the feel right (which seems very likely) then this is a must-buy for me.
