Ok, after posting the pics I wanna translate the article from the original spanish web, so here you are (it´s possible there are a lot of mistakes cuz it´s been translated with a program):
After the news that we could know yesterday, today we offer you very excellent information regarding what will be the future Xenosaga, one of the RPGs but waited by all the lovers of this I generate. With regard to the technical aspects of the game, few novelties can advance regarding what we count already yesterday, to exception that this time we will have a mini map to facilitate us the task of the exploration. Apart from this, what we know already, the game will be completely in 3D, as much characters as scenarios, what will help to the game to show scenes pre-recorded without necessity of CGs and the system of aleatory combats has been suppressed by the style that Chrono showed Cross or Grandia in which we see the enemies in the scenarios and the contact supposes the beginning of the combat.
That yes, this time we offer you enough images that illustrate what Monolith is trying to recreate. From real images of the -impressive game, by the way - to characters\' detailed images and wicks. Enjoy them that in one week the game will be sleepless officially. We will inform you on time.

anyways... this game looks REALLY REALLY good... I\'m stunned, I can\'t wait.... I can\'t say enough, I\'m starting to think that Sony\'s dominance this generation is sealed.

ahhh a US release, well don\'t hold your breath, Xenogears made it barely state sides and we in europe won\'t get it though, have to import it again I suppose!

with as good as this looks (perhaps the best graphics on PS2), it\'d be insane not to bring here... did I mention we\'re getting Devil and I in the US? And that game wasn\'t even good in Japan...

This game looks like a cross between,
MGS2, Because of the intense battle actions,
Gundum(spelling, not a big fan on anime), Because of the Robots.
Half-Life, Because of the blood and gore.
This is just my opinion.

I just don\'t look kindly upon nonsense... get your eyes checked if you don\'t think this game looks good... mabey you just haven\'t looked at all the screenshots... This game has the best character models anywhere I believe, better than anything on any system... easily... I knew you liked to cause trouble on this forum, but I didn\'t know if you were a fanboy or not, hmmm...
Oh, and btw, calling people \'losers\' for liking the game goes beyond critisism... fool.

Xenogears was the best damn rpg i\'ve ever played. Xenosaga is looking very promising so far..some damn nice character models, and robots , and.........

Well I never was a big fan of the original Xenogears, never played it at all actually, but I\'ve heard many great things about it, and if these shots are any indication, Xenosaga should be a game to look out for.

Xenogears is my second favorite rpg. FF7 was my first. Xenogears kicks ass so much that it could be compare as 1st place like ff7. Kick ass gameplay, kind of confuse story, cool gears design and fighting style....not to mention addictive music!
I am looking forward to Xenosaga and would you believe it, it comes in 2 dvd formats. Crazy! This sure will be a damn long game! These pics look damn good and does anybody realize Shion resemble Elly in xenogears and the blue hair girl slightly resemble Emeralda?

but hey is it me or do the mechs look smaller in size - although they look awesome they just look smaller

No offense to anyone, but I\'m altogether sick of anime characters in games. I skip every game that looks like this for that reason alone.

Well, this game IS comming from Japan.. where a good majority of our games come from.. so it\'s not like we\'re going to stop seeing anime characters in games anytime soon. The characters and animation style I don\'t mind, but I would like to see a lot more western influence in future games. I mean, the whole japaneese culture oozes out of their games.. even when they take place in areas outside of Japan. Nothing against Japaneese culture.. I\'m just tired of bad translations, veuge references (Dave & Hal from MGS, for example), and social/belief structures totally different from the western world.
At any rate.. I like the Anime characters. There\'s just something about them that\'s really grabs my attention. Maybe it\'s their hair? That chick with the blue do has awesome hair. I think funky colored/neon hair is sexy. My friend Jen used to have hair that looked like fire. She was blond, but screwed up trying to dye her hair bright red. It turned out looking good as hell, being fire red at the bottom, and then fading to bright yellow blond from the top of her ears up to her scalp. It was the best looking screwup job I\'ve ever seen. :D

You need to get your eyes checked, I just did recently actually. I looked at all the screens. Least impressive game I\'ve seen in months. zZzZzZzZzZ.... It looks like ****, I don\'t care if you and other losers are impressed. Anime characters in 3D, Mechs, and Blue Stinger quality graphics in a follow up to Xenogears = ****ty ass game. Enjoy it all you want. But I think your nuts.
