Title: What happened?

I left this board(console debating) for a few weeks and when I left everybody was anti-x-box, now everybody(almost) sees x-box as viable competition.  Would anybody please explain this?

Probably cause many of the anti-XBox lamers left or were banned. Unfortunately, the ill winds of fate, like a rippin\' fart after a Taco Bell binge, have blown in a couple more lamers. You\'ll know who they are soon enough.

Most people here are willing to give XBox a chance and/or see it as a viable console.

I\'ll explain it so far as I saw plenty of xbox supporters a few weeks ago and not much has changed since. We must see things differently, although I do detect a bit of feeling sorry for the underdog atmosphere of late. Maybe that\'s it.

Nope people still have that healthly distrust for a product pushed by one of the most hated men on the planet.

plus the fact by the time the PAL version is launched , we will all be linked up to the Matrix by then ;).

x box has its reasons why it wont do well, but some people are giving it a chance. i am. although it has a very small chance to win.
i heard it isnt even able to get up to 60fps because of the pipeline problems!

you know some people are not intrested in the X box because they have and are happy with their PS2\'s

or they want a Nintendo Game Cube.

Just because people won\'t buy a console dosen\'t automaticlly mean that they are a fanboy you know.
