jeez mabye they got mad at him after he posted his xpetaions :volume 3 where it downplayed how nintendo and x box did at e3.

erm... I hated this guy when he was working for the IGN.DC section back in October 2000... but I do feel I need to at least quell the rumors surrounding the sitiuations:

1.  He did not get fired, he quit.

2.  He did not quit because of a bunch of whining fanboys, Nintendo or otherwise, but because he\'s going to be a game developer.

3.  He\'s a good writer capable of expressing his views quite articulately, but he\'s still a moron regardless.

And that\'s the way it is :)

hahah, i was actually going to post this when I saw it, I thought it was pretty funny when I read he was fired. I kept going down the article, and then when I read he WASN"T fired i decided against it...

BAH, either way, the wanker is gone, he really was a class act wasn\'t he.... gah
