Yup, its getting real ugly outside and I just heard a report that a tornado touched down just a little north of me.
So if you guys dont hear from me ever again you know that I got killed by a tornado tonight.
HONEST TO GOD, THE SIRENS ARE GOING NOW, THIS IS VERY VERY SCARY!

yes, i used to be lucas biggins and no i dont live in chicago, I live right on the WI/IL border by Antioch (if you know where that is) I live about an hour outside Chicago.
AND IT IS VERY SCARY OUTSIDE!

:laughing: I know exactly how you feel. I live in Tornadoe ally so it happens quite often(I live in Texas). But the thing with tornadoes is that they dont last for more than 30 minutes, so I just continue doing whatever I am with no care in my mind. It freaks out my friends when Im sitting there playing PS2 and they\'re in the bathroom freaking out over the sirens, and I laugh at them and they look at me like I have a Deathwish. HEHEHEHEHEHEHE...... :D

yo luke! i live in the suburbs of chicago, and i drive through Antioch and eat lunch at mcdonalds there all the time!
i have a summer house in wisconson, so we go up alot.
well its purple outside here, (twilight zone) and lightning and fierce winds
(hopefully no tornado, but im in my basement)

That sucks man, good luck finding a hiding place. I live like just east of you, so I\'ll probably be getting it here before too long. (My house has a basement though, and a GOOD insurance policy!! :D )
****.. that ain\'t no deathwish Viv.. I remember one time sitting in my friend Suzie\'s basement getting coked out with her and this girl Amanda when we heard the air-raid/Tornado sirens go off. So of course, we though it looked cool outside and being in "Superman mode" decided to go take a walk. Yeah, it was a very stupid thing to do.. but it was fun at the time. Luckily the twister hit two miles north of us and all we got was a few seconds of hail, high winds, and lots of lightning.
*Edit* Yup, my Weatherbug warning just went off. The storms supposed to maintain it\'s ferocity as it passes through Northern Indiana in the next 2 to 3 hours. Looks like I\'m gonna be in for some fun tonight!

well, i live about 5 minutes away from that mcdonalds, small world huh?
it seems to be dying down a but here, but apparently there is another batch of storms on the way, so i will brace myself to be scared once again.

I live right on the border of Whitley and Kosciusko County. It\'s like Dead smack in the middle of Northern Indiana, so I wouldn\'t exactly say you live CLOSE since it\'s like a 3 to 4 hour drive depending on the traffic on the Toll roads.

yea yall may have it bad up there but we had it real bad down here last week with that stupid Tropical Storm Allison - i live in Houston by the way - anyway it was a pain - constant flooding and i mean big time

Damn, no tornados, floods, storms or other such things here in Denmark. We don\'t even have one lousy poisonous animal. :(

well the night at my house has passed, and there was such a huge storm, the power went out, and lightning was soo loud!(it shook my house!) my backyard is flooded, but i guess im lucky, cuz i bet trees are down where u are.
i remember one time, when a microburst hit the post office down the street from me. tons of trees were down, and because i was at school, a pole that powerlines run off of(they just put one in), came down and blocked the buses from getting out. a huge pinetree was down in my yard, as well as half my maple in my backyard:D
but that was last year.
but i must say, tha storm was big:)

Here in Australia we got it real ****ed up. One day the sun is shining and we\'re kicking it old skool on the beach and then the next day there is a massive flood and then the next day there is a ****ing huge bushfire!
I don\'t mind it though, you get used to it... :)

I think we got one poisonous snake in sweden..
But I\'ll take 100 bites to kill a human :p
We got floodings here btw. and storms sometimes.. and some small tornados, but thats very uncommon.. (they can turn over cars, and take roofs off the buildings, not like in america)
I saw a small one when we were driving over the Öland\'s bridge in a storm.. Very cool :)
(I dont think it ever tuched the water)

I AM BACK EVERYONE!
my power was out for about 10 hours!
But i am still alive.
That was one bad ass storm last night. The thunder shook my house and I had to go looking for my cat with nothing but a candle!

At least you have wolves and bears left,am I right?.
Over here they are wiped out since 80 years.There are some wolves left at the border to Poland, but not many.

Yes he have wolves.. Mostly in the northn part..
We also have some bears left.. Again in the northern part..
I saw a huge eagle the other day.. Flying by the side of the road.. I was very impressed. They are wonderful animals..
The Germans like to come here hunting the mooses, I would like to hunt the germans.. :D (j/k)

Atleast you get tornadoe\'s,I\'d kill to see one,the closest I\'ve ever been to one is the discovery channel.
But we do get pretty damn big storms here in Iceland.

We get lots of Tornadoes here in FL, but most of them stay over water. They are fun to watch none-the-less.

yeah my power was on and off this morning too. one of those lightning bolts shook my house soo bad it woke me up. i swear i thought it hit a house across the street:D
also, did you light any candles? those are fun, especiallythe oil candles. i like to turn them up really bright, make the flames real big.
im glad you made it through up there, i saw som highlights of the storm on the T.V (did you get flooding? my backyard is a swimming pool now):D
