That does look sweet. I just wish there were bigger screens so we could see all the detail properly

Yoshi\'s always been my second favourite character after Lei (if Lei\'s not in the game, it gets a big thumbs down from me). I especially like Yoshi\'s " \'ey lookie, I gots a big plate glued on my head"-costume (you know what I\'m talking about). That new Yoshi pic looks... unyoshi, but nice anyhow. I hope they bring all the older costumes back with this game, along with a horde of new ones.

cool, if its a new player very cool, if not its still very cool. remeber what yoshimitsu looked like in the first tekken...how sad

gah! Yoshi and Lei can go suck a corkscrew (i dont know why i said corkscrew, but..eh). Yoshi is easily countered, and Lei, while annoying as hell, is nothing once somebody knows his moves. Bring on Paul and Jin, now thems are Tekken people
p.s. that is TOTALLY different to yoshi, i hope its not him, maybe a Zombie yoshi or something

It actually not too surprising that Yoshi looks like that. It Tekken 1, he was a knight. In Tekken 2, he was a Samurai. In Tekken 3, he was a Alien/Cyborg. Now, he\'s a demon!
And Bob, my Yoshi is not easily countered. :) Paul is one of the easiest people to sidestep in Tekken 3 and TTT. His deathfist is annoying, but once you learn to sidestep or counter it, Paul is nothing. His falling leaf is also nothing now that low parries are so easy to do. And my Heihachi could annihilate your Jin! :D
-
Blah.. all talk no action. makes people look stoopid, old wise man say.
-
uff! if the character is similar in tha game... T4 will be a fighter-horror :)

Looks like you want to get in on the action too. :) My Yoshi could waste any player you choose SoulGrind. Muahahaha!

bah to yoshi..this crazy old samurai needs to play some pongo stick :D. Anyhoo, I\'m happy he\'s back he is actaully over 200 years old. Yoshi in sc was nearly the same as the one found in t3, even some of his old moves combo\'s worked.
-
that was a surprise... I was expecting yoshi to continue along the same trend he was in tekken 3. He was still a samurai in tekken 3, just a really really cool looking one. Like bobby said, i hope that doesn\'t end up being him.... but if he does then ah well
Yoshi is SUCH an easy character to play against. His simplistic moves are VERY easy to block/counter, and his more complex short combos and attacks are easy when you know them as well
The challenge is still up souly :D

Yoshi is easily countered, if you really are playing against some cheap-ass predictable person (or the AI), but if properly used, he\'s one of the most rewarding characters with which you can really show off. He\'s good at poking and his juggles are some of the coolest in the game. He\'s also got a great selection of moves from really useful ones to those that are just plain silly and can rarely be used, but when they connect, you get your trouble\'s worth. Same goes for Lei. I like these two characters as they aren\'t as simple and straightforward as, let\'s say Paul and Jin. Paul is just cheap and boring, imo (though lethal), and Jin might have juggles that do 106 damage on one go, but I just don\'t like \'em too much. Maybe it is because of their excessive power. I like to humiliate my opponents and play around with my prey.
Heihachi rules too, yeah, gotta love his juggles in TTT. I hope they aren\'t too much tampered with in T4.
-
pfft, juggles are boring, and the way me and Gradman play, there is not time to side step, we dont do any of those stupid moves like the DeathFist...IronFist, SoulGrind, Hawke...you are all going down, BWA HA HA
i used to be a master with Yoshimtsu, but hes just ****, and boring...so i stopped using him

Finally, someone who knows what they\'re talking about! :D Thanks for backing me up Hawke. Heihachi does rule. He is quick, and very powerful. The only problem with him is that he is also very easy to sidestep (even easier than Paul).

Juggles are boring? They are a huge part of Tekken. They are what Tekken is known for. Without Juggles, and without the Deathfist, what good is Paul? What, do you just do the falling leaf combo all the time, or his 10 hitters? Or do you just play a rush, poke, and run game?
I have mastered defense against Paul. My brother used to be Paul all the time. He would always play a rushing game, never letting off for even a second. He would juggle me, combo me, deathfist me, pretty much everything on me. :) I finally learned how to play against every kind of Paul player possible. Paul is no longer a threat of any kind. If Paul is your main character, prepare for an unpleasent surprise. :) The only character I have a hard time playing against is another Yoshimitsu. I do not have very much experience fighting other Yoshis, so I suck against them. With Tekken 4, I\'ll spend more time in the arcades looking for another Yoshi player so I can perfect him even more.
And Yoshi is a lot more interesting than Paul. His combos, and his awkward style of fighting make him easily the funnest player to use in Tekken.
