Title: UFC: Tapout for the X-Box and UFC: Throwdown for PS2 .

Scheduled for release in late-2001, UFC: Tapout will first be available on the new Microsoft gaming system, the X-Box.  Barnhart told me there are plans for a Playstation 2 release of the game, as well.  The Playstation 2 game will be titled UFC: Throwdown.  No exact dates have been set yet, as the X-Box system is not even completed at this time.  “We plan to launch UFC: Tapout with the launch of the X-Box, and the PS2 version will release early-2002,” says Barnhart...

...One notable difference between the X-Box and Playstation 2 versions will be the fighters.  Some fighters will appear in only the X-Box version, and some will appear in only the Playstation 2 version.  There will be several fighters who appear in both versions.  

Each version will have 28 fighters, as apposed to 22 fighters in the game.  A complete list of fighters has not been released yet, but some notables who will appear in the X-Box version include Tito Ortiz, Chuck Liddell, Frank Shamrock, and Mark Coleman...

This is old news those shots where the first we saw of the game on xbox months ago. Yeah these shot where previewed on IGN xboxs months ago.
