Title: NV2A(XBOX GPU) has been uped back to 300MHz

Well as you know a while ago the NV2A was phused down to 250mhz, but it seems that they have it stable at 300 hundred now(or do they). Strangly http://www.xbox.com took down there specs last week(probably to add the changes) as well as a rumor going on about a increase in speed, and then this just helps to back it up

Xbox specs



CPU: Intel Pentium III 733-MHz processor technology with streaming SIMD extensions
Graphics processor: 300-MHz, custom-designed X-Chip, developed by Microsoft and Nvidia
Total memory: 64MB of RAM (unified memory architecture)

We will have to wait till an offical statement is realesed to know for sure.

This just in, NEW XBox specs !!!!!!!!!!!! :D

CPU = Intel-386  16 MHz,
Ram = 4 MB
Graphics = Trident 256K
   Polygons/Second = 340
   Pixels/Second = 20000
CD-Speed = 1.5 X
Controlers = Mouse+Keyboard


There you have it, new and improved, can\'t wait for pong.  :D

At least it runs with DOS 3.1 now, which is a bit more stable.

You said it macabre! good old trusted DOS 3.1, 83? or 82? can\'t remember that far back :D
