Cameron Diaz, Bleeeh! Get Howard Stern\'s Private Parts, the movie is awesome and contains it\'s fair amount of T&A.

You need a CD recorder in order to record CD\'s, along with burnable CD\'s and a program to do it (usually comes with the CD recorder).

hmm, never thought about that. But I\'d imagine most burning programs support this.So you\'d just need a burner and the program.

You can\'t. The photo CDs are manufactured for you by Kodak, and I believe it\'s a proprietary system. Photoshop and other image editing programs can open files from Photo CDs, but they can\'t write that file type.
BTW don\'t screw around with Photo CDs; they are a waste of money. I think the maximum resolution offered on a Photo CD is 1,000 ppi, which is lousy. Better to just scan your prints or negatives and write an ordinary data CD containing TIFF or PSD files at higher resolutions.
