TekkenZaibatsu has been telling this info for the past couple of days. I figured that because there were so many Tekken threads already, I would wait until a lot of stuff has been revealed to post another thread.
Kazuya: Kazuya has been toned down a lot since TTT. In TTT, all of his moves had priority over everyone elses. His moves were hard to block, and juggled way too easy. Now they made him a little more fair. Namco realized that the Mashimas were for the most part the only people used in big tournaments, so I am sure that Kazuya is not the only Mashima who gets toned down.
This fresh from the Japanese Bulletin Boards...the Mishimas are finally toned down, well at least Kazuya is. It\'s about time! I\'ll start with the positive news for the Mishima fans, the wave dash is still present in Tekken 4.
But there is some serious changes all over the board. Kazuya\'s Wind God Fist is the same as Jin\'s Tekken 3 version, hits high and does NOT juggle on a counter hits. The opponent gets knocked away. No mention of an Electric Wind Godfist so on counter hit you most likely cannot juggle from this move anymore.
The Demon Slayer (1,1,2) is no longer a combo after the first hit, it is now Ogre style. The 2 is not guaranteed anymore after 1,1. Also the Twin Pistons (WS+1,2) has also been toned down, just as with the Demon Slayer the last hit is no longer guaranteed after the first hit and it also does NOT juggle when you hit an opponent in crouching position.
When you take a look at all these changes the wave dashing game is virtually useless now since nothing will juggle you as long as you crouch. Wind Godfist will whiff and the Twin Piston won\'t lift or you could just block the second hit.
There is also mention of a new hook move for Kazuya, not many details so far on that one. This is it for now...we hope to have more info on the other characters later today or tomorrow.
King: King has been souped up! When I heard this, I was very excited. He has gained a lot of Armor Kings moves (because Armor King was killed by Craig). Also, KIng has not lost any moves. King is going to be a power house this time around. I can\'t wait to play as him.
King has gotten a lot of Armor King\'s moves inclucing the Black Knee Rising (f,N,d,d/f+4), the Parting Chop (b+1), the Elbow Knife (WS+1) and also the Shadow Lariat (f,N,d,d/f+1). No word yet if the Shadow Lariat results in a free ground throw afterwards. He also receive a lunging palm strike type move (f,f+1), so far there is no mentioned of any other moves being taken away or changed. From all this it would be safe to say that King has gotten stronger.
Steve: The first boxer in Tekken. Very cool. You may be thinking, if he\'s a boxer, what will his kick buttons be for? Well, Namco has that covered. Read this:
Steve Fox various sway movements using the kick buttons, these act as short duration stance so moves like 3,2 would be different from f+3+4,2 and so forth. So far 5 types of sway have been confirmed, left sway, right sway, forward sway, back sway and one other (done by pushing 3_4_3+4_b+3+4_f+3+4), since Steve is a true original boxer he has very few kick attacks of course.
The 1,2,1,2 rush lifts the opponent of the ground for a juggle. So far Steve is very popular with the Japanese crowd.
Yoshi: With his new appearance comes new moves, and he now holds his sword with his right hand. This is probably going to change him drastically.
For Yoshimitsu the info is a bit sketchy at this time, but supposedly he has a mid air Bad Breath move and it\'s alsmo mentioned on various Japanese BBS\'s that he has an eye beam move. Don\'t bank on this info just yet.
As you have seen from the concept design, Yoshimitsu is right handed now. Every Tekken so far he has held his sword in the left hand this of course will mean some serious changes to the Yoshimitsu movelist. The Sword reversal (b+1+4) is now BLOCKABLE!
Tekken 4 is sounding awesome so far. With the ability to walk around the player completely, instead of just side stepping a little bit at a time, the gameplay will be a lot different. The switch places move that everyone will have makes getting out of the corners a little easier. I think the new style of gameplay will be excepted by Tekken fans, and maybe even some none Tekken fans will join the band wagon (Band Wagon? I don\'t know what I just said, but you get the idea :)).

The only thing known about Paul so far is that the first sweap of his falling leaf combo trips the opponent a lot easier than in TTT. (NOOOOOO!! :))
