My best one is in Mortal Kombat 4. By taking the old school fatality where you knock your opponent into the air impaling them on spikes(Goro\'s Lair) and pressing down on the D-pad on both controllers you can get the slide off effect as in MK2.

in that case it is in mat hoffman and it is just from sucking so much... if u retry the level 10 times u get the old granny as a rider.

In QFG2, buy the Groucho Marks glasses from Keapon Laffin\'s shop. If you look through them, you get a message like.. "It\'s like Looking through a veil". Later on, when you\'re in Rasier and give Zayishah your spare set of clothes so that she can escape.. she\'ll go behind a veil. Normally you won\'t see anything, but if you put on the glasses before giving her the clothes.. then you can see through the veil she stands behind as she changes. You get a nice boob shot of her, even if the graphics are in EGA.
Then in QFG3, if you buy the Tinderbox at An Forda\'s junk shop you\'ll be able to smoke outta Salim the Apothacary\'s Hooka. You\'ll be treated to a neat scene of the background being washed with tyedied colors while guitar riffs play in the background. You can only do this twice though, cause if you do it a third time the game will end right there with you being a drug addict.
Another good one is in LSL6. Put the "ass gasket" on the toilet so that you can sit down to take a poop. Then read the brouchure full of naked women. Click the hand lotion on yourself twice, and I think you get the idea of what\'ll happen next. You "die" doing this.. but it\'s funny as hell.. if not a little sick. Also try showing your "Package" to Gary the Fairy. Again, you die.. but it\'s worth it to see the look on Larrys face when he realizes what he\'s done. :D
