Title: Better Facials than DOA3?
Post by: on July 05, 2001, 07:03:28 PM: Ignore the bodies and crap background... just look at that face. I\'d say that\'s as life like as it gets out of the next gen systems. So, it appears the GCN can do it, the question is, will they?

Also, I hate the way programmers like to take pictures of themselves to serve as the "audience" in a sports simulation. Yeah... those look like typical NBA fans alright.... LOL! :D

In other words, this sucks. Where did you get it?

from front. I can\'t see perspective deformation and
therefore I say it could be Photoshop cut n paste.

Post by: on July 06, 2001, 08:04:38 AM: The reason it looks kinda real is because they scanned Kobe\'s real face and put it on a defaul head shape ,like they did for NBA Live 2001 for PS2.That doesn\'t really impress me at all I\'m sure the Cube can do better than that,and so could PS2.
