Title: Ok I\'m now on my 3RD copy of Crazy Taxi!
Post by: MrWhiteUK on July 07, 2001, 07:17:26 AM: All 3 suffer the same problems, skipping music and when u use the mirror mode cheat on the original track it sometimes displays the \'disc may be dirty or scratched\' message.

This all happens very rarely but enough to be annoying.

It\'s not my PS2 as everthing else has worked fine on it. I only have one other game DOA2 but have rented half a dozen and all have worked fine.

Any else ever noticed any skipping music or anything in Crazy Taxi for the PS2??

Anyone have this game?

Have u tryed the \'mirror mode\' cheat on the original track, just press R then hold R when u select your character.

R? I have CT (PAL) and it workes perfect on my PS2.

Post by: SER on July 07, 2001, 02:18:37 PM: Yeah, something is wrong with that game. lol. I drive like near the beach part then all of a sudden the whole course turns into blue water. Then I drive off in the other direction and it turns back to regular.. haha..

The music track that sometimes skips is the song in the intro, which never skips in the intro, weird.

The \'disk may be dirty\' message ONLY pos up when u use the cheat on the original track, I have never seen it without the mirror mode cheat.

Great game though.

Post by: MrWhiteUK on July 08, 2001, 04:12:30 AM: Also has the \'Limit Cut\' move been removed from the ps2 version, I cannot for the life of me get it to work, it\'s not in the manual but some sites say it\'s R+D+Accel at the same time.

Post by: Aaron on July 08, 2001, 11:25:52 AM: Is it a cheat that you got in the game or one you got in a mag? If it\'s one out of a mag that means that it\'s a hidden code for a reason and they don\'t support it. If it has bugs in an unadvertised feature you can\'t really complain.
