Title: Ever amaze yourself and looK at your hands?
Post by: Joker on July 08, 2001, 10:56:00 AM: Honestly...I do it all the time. I\'ll be playing some button masher and just stop looking at the screen and turn to my hands.

I shock myself cause i\'m not even thinking but my hands know what buttons to hit and what combos to do and what not, literally a mind of there own.

I dunno, it might be just me cause i\'m amused easily =)

PS: Don\'t ruin the topic by talking about masturbation or something cause I know some of you would if given the chance 0_o

Post by: Hawke on July 08, 2001, 08:47:19 PM: Happens to me quite often. Especially when playing BishiBashiSpecial. Every now and then, it feels like my brain shuts down and I just instinctively react to the colors and other visual stimuli on-screen. Same thing with Tekken.

I recently noticed that on the mid-section (the space between the two nuckles) of my index finger on my left hand has 4 small hairs, but on my right hand only has 2!!!

I love to sketch hands, and each time I pay attention to them I want to learn about the pressure points, and the stuff about palm reading, but then I can never find the time.

*sigh*

Post by: Stupid Mop on July 09, 2001, 01:05:41 AM: I play games best when I do it mindlessly. I\'ll be talking to someone on the phone not even really thinking what I\'m doing, but when I do notice I\'m about twice as good as I am than when I concentrate on the game.
I think we all play too much games if we can do this
But there is nothing wrong with that

Every now and then when I pick up a guitar, and I\'m not thinking about what to play, I just start messing around, and I start playing some song that I didn\'t know I knew how to play. I must have learned it years ago, but I totally forgot that I knew it. My fingers remembered, but my brain didn\'t. It\'s a weird weird feeling.
