Title: What would U look for in Driver 3?
Post by: Bladez on July 16, 2001, 03:47:39 PM: *I don\'t know if this was PS2 related, it sounded off-topic to me*

I was surfing for Driver 2 cheats when I came across a website(can\'t remember it) when I noticed an icon for Driver 3. Thinking about it they had a poll on this and Stuntman. It was my subject question.
I do not know the release date or anything about that sorry.:( But they said it would be far better than Driver 2. Driver 3 just interested me. It would be almost life-like with damage and charater graphics.(doubt the character graphics) Anyway if you have played one of the Drivers what would you want it to have. Me I would want better wrecks, pedestrian can be hit(nothing bloody or gory), and the cities look more life-like. Well what would you want??? Sorry if this is a stupid thread, The Getaway is coming soon too and both sound the same.

Post by: Aaron on July 16, 2001, 03:52:48 PM: Last I heard, they weren\'t making a Driver 3 anytime soon. I would say certainly a better framerate, less clipping, better collision detection, less pop-up, a wider variety of cars, and a better sense of speed. My brother just rented Driver2 and it is absolutely horrific that they would release a game that runs so poorly.

Post by: SER on July 16, 2001, 04:46:06 PM: The first Driver was ok... It\'s just that Driver 2 was ehhh. It was horrible... All that slowdown made it hard to enjoy the game. :( But for part 3, of course I want there to be something new... I dunno, anything I guess.. As long as its new and fresh. :D
