Title: What is the cheapest price you\'ve gotten on a PS2?

I need to find something less than $400 that has 2 controllers, the console(of course), a game, and a memory card.  And maybe a horizontal stand.

Geez, how many solid snakes are there on this forum?  I don\'t think you\'ll find one new for that price.  Talk to friends that have them, maybe they want to sell them; or ebay.

Sorry, I didn\'t know there were so many.it\'s just that I always have my name be Solid_Snake000000 at all the forums I\'m signed up with, like GameAdvice.com.

You should have had your name be Shalashaska. (that\'s revolver ocelots russian name) It just sounds cool.

BTW I would try ebay....... cheap ones could be there.

I just checked EBAY, I saw:


PS2 for $250
Controller $10
Mem card $20
Stand $9
Various games $27

add that up: $316, not bad, not bad at all.

It can be done even if you pay full retail (less taxes and the stand):
PS2 GT3 combo $329.95
Additional Controller $34.95
Memory Card $34.95
Total $399.85;)

$299 - Woowooo, and it was worth it.
