Title: These Getaway screens blow any other PS2, GC, or Xbox graphics away!!!!!!!

Take a look, the preview also states that they are real-time graphics!

lets just hope this game plays as well as it looks...... example- Bouncer.

The article says:

"Although it\'s still unclear if these shots are CGs or in real-time, several online reports claim that they\'re actually real-time shots and Studio Soho themselves have stated that the game will look exactly like the screenshots. If that\'s true, than we are truly amazed! "

So we\'re not 100% sure yet.

yeah I noticed that too...... I saw these pictures when I was in the middle of the school year...... but oh well!

hard to believe they are real-time, but if true, then it looks great. I wonder if it looks as nice in motion as it does standing still... :D

i think that just about every game that I have seen screenshots of actually looks better in motion

There have been more recent shots than that. They are blurry and show far less detail, but still look very good.

Duffman is thrusting in the area of the problem. Oh yeah!

Ohh no heh ? C\'mon, these were the first batch of screens
of the Getaway. There was much confusion about wether
they\'re realtime or not : the outcome was that these are mock
up\'s.
BUT ! these shot do show the actual ingame engine though ! It\'s
just that these shots have been prerendered. It\'s like taking a
snapshot photograph of a maquette.
I\'ve kept a close look at all the screens that have been released
of this game and it\'s coming along nice. The stuntman game is
gonna top it graphically though imo...
