Title: Robotech DVD
Post by: Toxical on July 30, 2001, 06:14:32 PM
I just ordered a 3 disk Robotech box set; My old video tapes are too grainy to watch, they were originaly recorded when the series just came out. I just had to buy some brand new media... :D  Anybody got this DVD box set yet?

Macross Saga 1: The Robotech Legacy will also be available, which will include not only the DVDs for Robotech The Macross Saga: First Contact and Robotech The Macross Saga: Transformation, but also a special edition Extras disc. This bonus disc will contain the English version of Codename: Robotech (75min.), an audio commentary track by Carl Macek (Story Editor for Robotech) and abundant production sketches. It will also include an international clip featuring French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese audio tracks.
Running Time: Approx. 375 Mins.

I own it.
It was pretty cool.
But now I want to see the rest.
They need to put gundam wing on DVD.
That would rock.
I mean the seasonal episodes, not the movies.
You can get them anywhere.

Gundam 0088 and Gundam W are available @ MediaPlay.  (They come in those 3-bundled episode DVD\'s.)

I\'m waiting for Gundam X to come over.  You can get all the Gundam DVD\'s at many anime specialty stores in DVD format (English subtitled, not dubbed), it\'s just that only "American Popular" Gundams get dubbing (W obviously, and now 0088).

Oh, and Robotech is to anime as Transformers is to American cartoons.
