i just got it last thursday and so far i have started pimping out the engine, iv got K&N filters on it, today i am planning on buying a brand new ignition system, once i get insurance on the car im going to get the entier exaust replaced with a high performance one :)

Future Projects:"very soon"

modified ram air intake
jet stage 2 racing chip
headers
tachomiter
cam
and waaay later in the future a 350 engine swap :D

Not that I\'m fond of Firebirds, but that isn\'t a Firebird, it\'s a Grand Am, or Grand Prix, or something like that.

I\'ve been driving a \'92 Dodge Shadow since 1996. My only consolation is that it\'s a 5-speed.

I wish they would\'ve had a DOHC there, d\'oh! I still got the "nice one" though, if there is such a thing for Hyundai. :)

I am currently deciding on various mods to make to my car.

I am considering:

intakes (definitely sometime)
exhaust (LAST thing I will put in)
All new Body skirts (the ones on suck right now)
Engine Swap with Tiburon
15 inch tires, it has midget ones right now.
Big bore throttle body
4-1 Header
Rebadging as import
getting a paint job (not Maaco, you fool!)

probably a few other things, but with that stuff I would be powerful, to say the least. and it looks just plain cool, too.

EDIT - Oh yeah, I have gotten up to 114 in my car without mods, the speedometer goes to 130, but with my mods, I bet I can crack 150. :)

Dood V6.. Natuarly Aspirated.. About 225 hp.. But so much low end tourqe that its awesome... Its not a power horse.. But it also does not way nearly as much as a V8 car.. My car is suprisingly light.. Which is great...

I took a Mustang GT the other day and left him out to dry... He passed me on the highway and then took the off ramp.. Then I could see him on the brakes a little on the ramp.. HA HA.. I dropped it in to third and passed him in the corner.. He had no idea what happened.. All Wheel Drive kicks A$$ I can take most cars in the twisties.. And then I was gone once we got on the next highway.. I never saw him again...

And Gman2 Are you serious..?? Or are you kidding... A grand AM or Grand Grand Prix, come on.... :laughing:

No its a nice car, but I don\'t think so.. I do a lot of track racing and stuff like that... Maybe off the line, but not once we got going..

I figure since my Audi (Inline 5cyl!) is still in such great shape, I could probably get close to a thousand on it.

Couple that with a pennies that I have saved away and I could get this car I have been looking at for quite sometime: the 1979 280ZX, the first year they made the ZX! My brother had one when I was a kid and that thing hauled!

It looks to be in great shape, exterior and engine-wise, but the interior is pretty crappy, which I don\'t mind, since all people will see of my car is the back.

If you know what I mean.

+ 40 more horse with the 3.4 Pully on the Charger = 280 Horse

+ WIth the new air intake and exhaust = 20 horse

For a new total of 300 Horse

With around 330 ft lbs of toruqe

So yes I am serious, and NO you would not take me in the start OR once we got rolling.
(Even when it was stock you could not beat me)

I\'m sure its nice though

Better stick with the mustangs!

HA ha ha thats funny.. I would love to race you... I have raced a couple Grand Prix before, well they thought I was racing, but when I saw them in my rear view I was laughing... Ameirca Cars are just so big, and clumsy.. Im not saying you don\'t have a nice car and please don\'t take it the wrong way. But its fun to gloat about cars, they are so much fun...

The Car in Ronin is an Audi S8... It also costs $80 thousand dollars... So there is no comparison to be made, they are in completly different price ranges...

But that car does rock... Its Audi\'s flagship car, its the best one they make.... We would all love to have one...Maybe some day.!! :D
