How much would you do in a day or week.
I always try to do pushups, situps and go for a run all the time. I\'ll do these for about 3 or 4 days then I wont do it again for a month. I spend too much time on the PS2.
I really should get more exercise. Ever since I stopped playing bball I\'ve got quite lazy.
I get tired running up the street to catch the bus now!!!
-
Hmmm, my belly is starting to get big and I\'m FN worried.
I need to eat less and start exercising more. If you read one of my old threads, I said that I had gained 6 pounds over the summer (which definitely sucks).
So I have been spending more time at the gym.. More than the 30 minute cardio that I do. I try to incorporate some weights...
-
I log in about 40 miles of running a week and do about 100 crunches a day, thats about it during the summer
-
I swim about an hour a day.......... that\'s it! :D  Hey at least I\'m not gaining anything...... I\'m staying at an even 140lbs..
-
I do bugger all. :p
Well I prehaps go for a walk down the street from time to time.
-
For the last couple of months i\'ve been doing 30minutes at the gym 7 days a week during the day, in the evening though I go to open gym and play like 2 hours of basketball....:) gotta keep in shape for next years season.
-
Crap ! I\'m out of shape.. Too much behind computers !
The only thing I do is some playground basketball at
summer tournaments.
Knotter8 bwagh...:o
-
I\'m totally in shape.
I mountain bike for around 2 hours(it\'s usually the first thing I do when I wake up).
I do loads of crunches and push-ups, I can easily do over 50 push-ups without taking a break.
And I play basketball usually everyday.
-
6 days a week, man...;) Every day I do abs (you\'re supposed to). Mondays is Biceps and back. Tuesday is shoulders and whatnot. Wednesday is legs. And the process repeats. Then Sunday is my rest day. :D I\'m losing weight though... And I\'m only 5% body fat

40 miles, holy $hit!!
I just play soccer and hockey two, maybe three, times a week. I also go jogging a few times a week, but not 40 miles worth! Wow.

10 hours of button bashing keeps me in shape..
Oh yeah.. Im da man!
-
An hour a day. I used to work out 6/7 days a week, now I reduced it to 4/7 days. Work usually gets in the way, but I always try to do something.

- the trick is to keep breathing.
-
I do around 40 pushups a night, followed by 20 hand stand pushups.
I run on the weekends in the mornings for a few miles and run every other day just around the block a few times.
When I am up late (every day in the summer), I will do a couple hundred sit-ups.
I do pull ups when I am at a friends house, as he has a nice one.

I am physically fit, but hardly built at all. My college has a gym that is paid for by tution. I go there 5 days a week, alternating between strength training and cardio-vascular. But I have little fat, and so all I do is burn what\'s left off, and very little is built into muscle. I don\'t mind though, as long as I can still breath after a couple games of ultimate on an open field longer that a football field, I\'m good.

I get plenty of exercise. Like, earlier today, I walked to the kitchen. Then the freezer. Then I walked back to the oven and put in a froozen pizza. So, I walked back to the couch to watch TV. But, the remote was across the room. So, I got back up and walked over and got it. Then I walked back to the couch. After that, I sat down and forgot my juice on the kitchen counter. Had to get back up and walk and get it. Walk back to the couch. I drank my juice in no time, while watching some uhm.."entertainment". After that, I realized I had to use the bathroom. So, I got up and walked down the hell and went to the toilet. I took a break and sat down to pee (I\'m a guy, ya\' know? ;) ). Got back up after I felt rested and walked back to the couch. Soon after I sat down, I realized I had to get my pizza. So, I walked back to the kitchen then to the stove. From there, I realized I needed a plate. So, I went and got a plate in the cabniets. Walked back to the stove. Got my pizza. Then I walked back to the couch. To only realize I needed something to drink. So, I got my very tired body back up and walked to the kitchen and got some juice. I walked back to the couch. Ate my food and took a nap. Then I woke up and realized I needed to post on the board today..Walked down the hall to the computer room and I\'ve been here since. That was about ..Oh, 10 hours ago...I\'m tired and need to go to bed but I don\'t have energy to make it to the couch again..
:(

I think I just gained ten pounds reading that...:)

Boxing excersizes Tuesday and Wednesday, on summers.
[ on winters, Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday ]
I play Tennis about 3-4 hours per day if not anything else. I jog about 30 kilometres per week, if on the mood.
I do 200 sit-ups per night, 50 push-ups and 100 crunches if up to it. [ depends on attitude ]
I just love excersizing :)
