Title: MGS2 same launch as Xbox?

I heard that MGS2 is comming out in the US before japan the same day that Xbox hits US shelves. Has anyone else heard of any such news? If its tre who do u think will sell more.

actually XBOX\'s release date is November 8th, and MGS2\'s release date is November 14th

Metal Gear Solid 2 is also coming to the US before it ships to Japan. Hideo Kojima is doing this because the US likes MGS much better than the Japanese do. So we\'re getting it first this time, alright?

If Sony plays well, this can be rocks for itself. If I were a directive of the company in USA I would put a pack ONE day before the Xbox is coming out with the PS2 and MGS2, and this pack would cost less than the XBox. If one person sees a console like PS2 with MGS2 and one console (Xbox) more expensive and without games... what do you think a lot of people would do? I´d buy a PS2 with MGS2 and other game, for the price of XBOX.

hopefully MGS2 will do the same to the Ps2 as FF7 did to the Ps1!
