Title: just bought the best game of the year....

I cant wait to see how the PS2 version turns out...Everyone get this game when it hits the Ps2......

There are a lot more titles coming out these next few months. Granted Max Payne seems as a good game, I wouldn\'t title it the best game of the year, when the year isn\'t over with.

How \'bout a more detailed review?

but good to hear its fun, but I can\'t say I heard the same thing from quite a few others

I almost bought that Jam Pack 2001 with the ICO demo, but I was late for Rush Hour 2...;) It\'s a good thing I left, though, there were lines wrapping around the theater. Look...I\'m changing the subject...:shy: I\'m glad this is the best game that you\'ve played all year...:) But just wait until all the games this year come out...;)

Best game you\'ve ever played? Umm, how many games have you played then? Payne is awesome, but it isn\'t the best anything, IMO.

I\'ve played enough to say its one of the best games eva come out on any platform..........maybe i went to far to say its the best game i have eva played...but this game is up there with MGS2..the story is excellent, the graphics are incredible...and it doesnt get boring anywhere in the game...and I BEAT IT!!!!!!!!

Wow, that picture looks cool, if my computer could play that game i would surely buy this game. :)

There\'s a big difference between required specs, and suggested specs. Do you still have the box? What are the suggested specs?

I have never heared of a good port of a PC-game to PS 2, besides Red Fraction. Quake3Revolution is good but far behind Quake3Arena for PC! :(

I got a P2-300 64MB Ram, and Voodoo3 vid-card. somehow i don\'t think this will be enough. :D

Post by: macabre on August 06, 2001, 11:33:22 AM: I have a P3 560 with a Geforce1 DDR and the game runs smooth in full detail though it crashes on my PC about after half an hour of playing.
It`s a great game but not the best game I´ve played for PC (System Shock 2 still my fav.) The bullet time mode is cool , so is the atmosphere, but without slow-motion it`d be just average.

I was so disappointed with Quake on PS2...:( It totally was missing something (a lot of somethings).

BUT! i am not impressed with the PSX2 screens, wasn\'t expecting it to be the same but looks like they changed too much IMO.

What PS2 screens? The only screens are of the PC version.

Polygon/lighting/effect wise, this game will be np for the PS2. Texture wise however,..

What are you talking about SUCKA.......Metal Gear boring? Maybe your too boring for Metal Gear....yeah thats it! You don\'t understand the uniqueness of the game and just how outstanding this game really is. And pluse you\'ve only played what, the demo?!
