Title: Were there any PsX tech Demos and if.....

There were did the PsX games eventually come to look as good as the tech demos?  Because if they did I would be quite amazed if the Ps2 could handle the FF8 video they showed in the Ps2 Techdemo.

I know the 64 had tech demos.  I think they were better than what the system actually delivered.  But, I\'m not sure.  

With that FF tech demo, you have to keep in mind that there were only two people on the screen.  You will never see a FF game that looks that good.  But, there might be a 3D fighter that gets up to that level. :cool:

Incorrect. N64 games eventually looked better than the Tech Demos. In particular Zelda looked 10 times better than its tech demo.

BTW, I don\'t think Nintendo called them tech demos.
