Apparently. I just saw a commmercial for an all new episode on Fox tonight at 9:30 PM Pacific Time. I though this was off TV for good...whatever...;)

They probably did it to try and raise Fox ratings.  The key words are try and raise .  Fox is holding with Malcom in the Middle.  Not Murder in Small Town X .
