All you happy console advocates may trot off with these numbers to your message boards directly.
August 9, 2001
According to the legendarily crack-addicted review team of Japan\'s respected Famitsu magazine, Capcom\'s upcoming Stylish Hard Action game Devil May Cry is worthy of a Gold award, receiving scores of 9, 8, 9, and 8 from the four-man review squad. Unfortunately, we have no details from the review\'s text, and as such we are not sure whether any of the editors feel good today. Interpret the score as you will, then, and await our assessment once we receive a new preview version later this month.
Should be good game me getting it.

I am very glad that it did not get terrible scores. That would have been sorely disappointing for me. Thanks for the wonderful news...:) You\'re on my favorite person list (don\'t get too happy though...there\'s about a million people on my list).

34/40 is gold
sounds like a winner
I bet it gets a warmer reception here in the States then it does in Japan
the character designs and Dante\'s atitude seem more American like

In case you\'re wondering 34/40 translates to an 8.5 on IGN\'s and Gamespot\'s review system.

It isn\'t their reviewing system, though. So who cares? I\'ll just wait to see how IGN rates it...:)

Ah, you\'re just sayin\' that cause he\'s got a big ol\' honkin\' gun... :{>
