Mummy´s return (Christmas)

I\'m going to include in my list DVD\'s that are already out this year. ;)

Akira  - Thank god it is finally on DVD.  I keep watching it over and over.

Snatch  - Guy Ritchie (director / writer) is simply awesome. This movie is just great.

Shrek - I saw this one in the cinema\'s twice with my girlfriend and plan on buyin\' it the day it comes out. I will also buy her a copy and maybe a DVD player if she doesn\'t have one by then.

The GodFather Trilogy - Long awaited and is finally coming out with tons of extra\'s. Yay!

Cast Away  - Great movie with plenty of extra\'s.


Wishlist of what won\'t come out this year, but I\'m allowed to wish . [/u]

Batman : Special Edition I refuse to buy the current copy out there because it features zero extra\'s (which I normally don\'t watch, unless I love the movie, but I love this movie.) and has a horrible transfer. Universal says it could come out sometime in 2002, so we can hope. Still, I wish I could see it for a christmas release . :(

BeetleJuice: Special Edition. Another movie I would love to have as a Special Edition. I bought the current version that is out and it has a terrible transfer, artifacts everywhere and zero extra\'s. I would love to see this one released with commentary featuring Tim Burton, Michael Keaton , Wionna Ryder and the rest of the crew. Maybe some deleted scene\'s also. We can hope that we\'ll see it in the near future, with the current re-release of special editions of Tim Burton films (Pee Wee\'s Big Adventure, Edward SissorHands,etc).


A ClockWork Orange : Special Edition I got this one for my birthday and I love the movie but I can\'t help but wonder what extra\'s are out there. It would also be nice to hear from the actors / crew of the movie about workin\' with Kubrick.

There are too many to list.... but one is worth a mention. The 3-disc Pearl Harbor set. It\'s R-rated and everything. More gore, less romance, more nudity. It might make the movie a whole lot better. ;)

Oh wait, it\'s not out until early next year. :(

Cast Away - I saw it on shops today, and I gotta buy it. Haven\'t seen it, but I have great faith in it. It just might be very good :)

Star Wars Episode I - with all those extras, I perhaps could learn to respect and like the movie. But, it\'s only a perhaps.

Ja just det, skitfilmen som kommer ut i nygåva med anamorphic widescreen och massa extra nice stuff.

I hope the version of Armageddon you get is anamorphic.  As far as I know, there is still no anamorphic version available in the United States.  Not that I care actually, since that movie sucks hard.  "Deep Impact" was the better asteroid collision movie that year.

Is Lucas gonna release the Star Wars Trilogy on DVD after Episode II, and III are finished?  I\'m looking forward to Episode 1, it\'s going to have a ****load of extras!  I think it\'s around 6 hours.

That\'s including the movie.  I\'m not joking!  Go to http://www.thecinemalaser.com, it talks about the october release and it\'s contents.  It\'s probably gonna be expensive, but I\'ll buy it for sure!
