You know it! Yup, I even imported a PAL PSX and a multi-system TV so I could play ISS PE2 (an incredible game). I am so pumped up about Pro Evolution Soccer - IGN had a rumor that Konami will be releasing the game in North America, but right now it\'s just a rumor. :( It would also be nice if Sony released This Is Football 2 here in North America too. All we get is the same Fifa crap.

I can\'t wait for this game! :bounce: When is it out in the UK? I heard sometime in October. Thanks for the new pics, havent seen those before. I\'m still playing ISS Pro Evo 2 on my PS2, thank god for backward compatability :D

Yes, kopking, this is the PAL version of WE5.
It\'s hard waiting for this one but I got ISS Pro Evo2 to keep me busy until it comes out I guess...

Yes WE5 is amazing!!! I only have my Japan PS2 for this game, I\'ve playing it almost 6 months now and I just can get enough of it. Is simply the best Football game out there (Soccer for US people). I hope they do release this game in America (and with the Fifa license for real names and teams) cause if they don\'t I\'ll have to buy an European PS2 just for this game (I\'ll have an American PS2, a Japanese and an European). I\'m crazy about football:bounce: :D.
I also heard that the European version will have some improvements over the Japanese one. I don’t know where they can improve this game cause as I said in the beginning of the post: it’s simply amazing!!

I think they were gonna overhaul the graphics but I don\'t see much improvement though.

You r right. They almost look the same as in WE5. What I heard is the improvement is going to be in the gameplay (control response).
Do you think I will be able to play with my master league Team that already have in the Japanese version? My team is unbeateable. Take a look:

It needs to improve on the things like Arsenal being called \'London\' in the Japanesse edition. They also might be making it harder because I heard that they some times make game slightley harder for the European release, I doubt this though. Oh yeah, did any body find ISS a bit easy, even on level 5?
Final thing. Good to see people from the UK posting on some forums, why? Because now we can fall football, football! Not \'soccer\'. You hardley even use your feet in American football so why call it that? Anybody know?

Yeah, there will be proper clubs teams in the UK version, thats why they\'ve had to call it Pro Evolution Soccer, cos International Superstar Soccer wouldn\'t make sense. Can\'t wait to play Newcastle (me) v Man Utd (my mate) I\'m gonna hammer him, like I do with Pro Evo 2 :D

Score one for me mate! Re-create that famous 5-0 thumping of a few years ago, or perhaps you can transfer Big Dunc (c unt by the way) back to the toon and settle for a 3-0 drubbing. :D
Lavan (the Liverpool fan who can\'t believe Westerveld\'s blunder in the Bolton match - ah well, he\'s bailed us out before so he\'s allowed a hiccup like that...........once every 10 years ;) )
PS Bladez - the game still might come out in the US early next year. After seeing a few videos Fifa 2002 looks to be the same arcade style poo-fest.

This is my next purchase. Hopefully it sticks to it\'s release in october, cos then it should be here around late oct early nov.

I hope there will be Borussia Dortmund (with Tomas Rosicky, Jan Koller and Amoroso :))
ISS (or Pro Evolution Soccer) is still the best football game. FIFA and TIF are just arcade games.......

Haha! You may beat us in Dortmund (where we won the UEFA Cup btw), but you won\'t beat us at Anfield - I guarantee it!
I think Dortmund and Liverpool will finish at the top of the group (1 or 2), but we shouldn\'t write of Dynamo Kiev - even without Rebrov and Shevchenko they are still a quality team. Boavista won\'t cause too much problems (I hope...they\'re still champs of Portugal!).

I can\'t help feel a bit sorry for Sander though - he\'s such a nice bloke and cares for the club, but you can\'t go forward if you let sentimentality hold you back and while Sander was good I don\'t think he was GREAT - and that\'s what Dudek promises to be.
Konami better have updated rosters for Pro Evo Soccer! :)

YEah, hopefully the rosters are up to date, like Zidane to Madrid, rui costa to milan and all the other signing too.
I\'m not sure, but in WE5 can you play as the master leugue teams with their default players? (if you understand that, default = players you play against in the ML mode)
