Any trekies here?
Is anyone excited about the new TV series?
I have seen most of the cast for this new TV series, and the actors don\'t look memorable... :rolleyes: or at least they appear to be too normal looking ;) :eek:
I think Pickard and Sisko(sp) were the best captains... the rest are just pretenders...
this is how i would rank all the Star Trek series so far:
1 STNG
2 DS9
3 Original Star Trek series
4 Voyager

Here I am, a HUGE Trekkie.
Been one for about 9 years now.
And yes, I am excited about the series, at first I wasn\'t all to happy about the pre-TOS premise,and I was sure that Berman and Braga would f*ck up the continuity.But now I have calmed down a lot,and I am very excited (all though I am worried about Berman/Braga making it non canon)
I like Bakula as the captain,and T\'Pol is pretty damned hot (even though her Vulcan haircut makes her look boyish),but having a Vulcan in a cat suit like that is pretty darn stupid IMO.
I am just as, or maybe more excited about Star Trek.X Nemesis, John Logan is doing the screenplay, and the movie sounds like it\'ll be awesome.

Quantum leap was awsome show , and bakula is awsome i think. so i think it will be good

Did ya see the token alien? i thought Nelix was a ....well i won\'t say it... ;) this new alien dude, called Dr. Phlox is pretty lame IMO, he looks like nelix without the fur. :laughing:
I like Ensign Hoshi Sato she has that "yummy" look on her ;)
T\'Pol is extremely skinny, holy Sh!t, she has a nice face, but damn, she better eat. LOL
I don\'t know, i look at the cast, and the premise, and it got me worried... :sconf:

Dr.Phlox looks like the bastard child of Neelix and a Cardassian.
Supposedly he comes from a single sex species, which means that there are no women and they breed with them selves, I don\'t remember what the term was, still not sure about this.
Ohh and the Enterprise/Akiraprise (it\'s such a ripoff from the Akira class) looks good, but it\'s TOO much like the Akira.
The crew looks good to me, I still don\'t have too many complaints.
