Are the scroll bars on your computer black to match the background of the forum or the standard windows grey ?

OK Cool! Seems i\'ve made a big mistake.
I wanted to create a perfect windows installation and image it to go along with my 2k installation. Installed 98, upgraded to IE5.5 and had these black scroll bars. Tried repearing the installation etc and then reformatted my whole machine again. Im so used to installing I can do it all in about 4 hours but still takes time. Anyway seems the scroll bars are a normal feature.
Although IE 5.0 with Windows 2000 has the normal grey scroll bars.
