I need to lose some weight... Fast.
lol..
Serious answers please.
Give me what you know, whether it be certain exercises, vitamins, fat burners, pills, whatever..

If you have are strong mentally, and won\'t break,
then this is the best/fastest diet for me:
drink fruit/veggie juice for 2 weeks, while eating
lettuce and tuna, or just chicken bits with some type of greenery.
NOTE: you might get weak after this diet. Also you have to exercise, since this diet is a bit on the extreme, you won\'t have too much energy, so the best exercise is just walking 5 miles a day, or whatever you can, as long as you are tired after your walk. After you lose 15-20 pounds, it depends on your metabolism, you might gain it back fast if you go on a binge pizza+burgers diet. ;)

Just exercise for half an hour a day and eat healthy food.

run 1 mile in the morning and one later in the day. pace your self. a cardivascular workout is what you need. drink lots of water, and eat healthy.

It never turned my liver blue/or green, slightly dark red though. :)
Serious though, if you drink lots of fluids and eat very low calorie food, no carbohydrates, then you will lose lots of weight. :D
Don\'t forget to exercise too.

Crack - When you absolutely gotta loose those few extra pounds with minimum of effort and have a strange inner compultion to give BJ\'s on streetcorners for pocketchange... accept no substitutes.
If you have any sence in your head tho, you\'ll just eat small portions of healthy food and stick to a good excersize regemine. Tying 5lb weights to your wrists and ankles then going for a 1 mile walk every day is a good start depending on your physical condition. You could also try the riskier, but faster Stacker 3\'s. They\'re Fat Burners, but I take em for a speed boost at work. I doubt they\'re approved by the FDA, but I\'ve never taken a LEGAL speeder pill that even comes close to the speed rush these things give ya.

Thanks guys. I will try Toxical\'s method.. Or at least attempt to try. If I lose weight, then I will be happy and make a thread about it.. If I don\'t then, you know it didn\'t work. :laughing:

THE BEST method of losing weight is to be poor. When I went to college my first year I lost about 20-25 lbs. Here\'s my menu for each day:
Breakfast- Bowl of Total
Brunch- 1 Pop Tart
Lunch- Ham & Cheese sandwich, an apple, and the other Pop Tart
Dinner- Healthy Choice TV Dinner
Beverages were Diet sodas & refigerated tap water
I was huungry in between meals. My stomach would rumble in class, I would go to bed hungry. BUT I got used to it and I lost weight like crazy.
I wouldn\'t even consider myself fat before this, just chubby. When I lost the weight everyone back home noticed. The best part was seeing the face on my ex-gf. Priceless!
Plus this all hapened when I was 19. I felt the best I have ever felt in my life at that age. I took a couple of martial arts and had energy to spare. I guess you could say I was in my prime. :)
So to sum up-
1) Keep busy. Playing PS2 or just doing something else will make you forget that you are either hungry or make your brain stop you from "thinking" that you are hungry.
2) You don\'t have to finish everything on your plate. Only prepare small portions and make sure it IS NOT junkfood.
3) Take a martial arts class or some other physical activity to get you disciplined and active.
4) Be poor.
If this does have to be real fast, then I think Tox\'s method would work better. :)

LoL, I\'ve heard that one before. Laffer Utilities I think, under the joke section with Rauchiness and Humor turned all the way up. Goes something like....
A short chunky man walks into a weight loss clinic and signs up for their guanteed express weight loss plan. On the first day of his schedule, he\'s led to a room with a beautiful naked redhead who tell him. "If you can catch me, I\'m yours."
After a long and arduous chase, he finally catches her. Durring his cool down shower he steps on the scale and realizes that he\'s only lost 5 lbs. So the next day compains to the manager that he\'s not loosing as much as he\'d hoped. So the manager set him up for the advanced express weight loss plan.
The next day the fat man walks into the room and finds two gorgeous naked brunets who tell him, "If you catch us.. we\'re yours." After another long and tiring chase, he eventually catches them and has his way with them. Steppin onto the scale after his shower he finds that he lost 10 lbs, which was still not enough for him. So off to the managers office he went.
Upon hearing his complaint, the manager said.. "We do have one last course of action we can try. Be here at 10 am sharp tomorrow."
The next day he arrived at 10 am and went streight to his training room, but didn\'t find any naked women around. Puzzled, he sat down on a nearby bench to rest up for his daily "sexercise". Just then a 400 lb fag walks in, staring at him lustfully, and said... "If I catch you, you\'re mine."
Or something like that. I thought it was funny anyhow. :)

Um depending on what shape you are in right now you could start running, gradually build up more distance everyday, when you run 5 miles you burn over 500 calories, but you can just start off like running 2 miles everyday or something like that, you also have to eat more healthy

its something as simple as ....
no more junk food...in other words...
say bye bye to fast food such as cheeseburgers, pizza, hot dogs, mayonaise, butter, soda, etc..
you start eating healthy and i guarantee, your body will shed the excess fat you have stored....do not go to sleep for atleast 2-3 hours after you eat at night...
now if you throw exercise in there, the whole process works even better...

My Dr told me to go for a 20 minute jog whenever i felt like eating or got hungry. doing that puts the fat already stored in your body into ur blood and turns it into energy. Drink lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of water. Also, think of what u would eat for dinner and then only eat half of that what u would normaly eat. After u start to loose the flab pump some iron to build muscle.
BEFORE EACH MEAL DRINK A BIG GLASS OF WATER.
