Title: "only" 5000 dead?

They said on TV that "only" 5000people might be dead..

I say only because they speculated that 10 000 - 20 000 were dead before..

thats only the beginning, many many more will be found under the rubble..:(

5000, dont think so, 400 police and fireman are dead, that is 8 % of all dead, dont thinks so, the number will just go up and up.

But you have to remember that a ton of people evactuated from the building before it collapsed.  People from floor 99 escaped building #2, and building #2 was the first to fall.  That means that the people in Building #1 had a very long time to escape.

We will just have to wait and see...

There was just a report announcing that in one of the buildings, im not quite sure most likely building 7, there were 1,000 people in it that day.........there are 8 survivors so far.:(

All we have to do is hope and pray that as many people are alive as possible and there is a low death count.

All that I have heard is that there is a reported 5000 people missing, there will be far more than that. I am expecting 10,000 - 20,000 people personaly. And IronFist the only reason people from the 99th floor of building 2 got out even though it was the first to fall is because they had about 20 minutes before a plane hit that building. People in the first building were cut off because of the fires and such at probably around the 80 or 90th floor, they had no warning. A hell of a lot of people had no chance to get out. And ghettomath building 7 was evacuated a long long time before it fell, I would think everyone got out of that.

Buddy, Tower/Building 7 didnt fall down for like 8 hours after the initial attack. There were NO people in the building when it fell down.

There were no (from what I heard on CNN) killed from Tower 7, cause they all escaped after the first plane had hit.
