I am sorry..  Sorry for the way I acted....  I did not have any other outlet for my anger and frustration....  I have been numb for the last three days...

Again though I apologize and I hope you have it in your hearts to forgive...

I was very pissed off also. I said some really strong crap. Nothing hateful or offensive but I was really angry. I\'m cooling off.
