Who cares if RE is gone now? Do not worry, Sony has it all covered...the Playstation2 is about giving gamers innovative content...ResidentEvil is, obviously..not innovative any more...

This is a point i hope all PS2 advocates remember...your console is about giving you endless choices and innovative new content....it\'s no wonder other systems got those franchises...Sony couldn\'t careless, they innovate.

Sony doesn\'t have a say in what 3rd party developers make for their system.  The only innovative thing Sony can do is make innovative first party games.

And I\'m sure Sony would have loved to keep the RE series on the PS2.  Losing a franchise like that cannot help Sony.

I wouldn\'t have helped the cause either...

I\'m just glad we will see some NEW stuff.

I think Capcom will regret moving Res Evil to GC. I guess they thought:

PlayStation 2
Devil May Cry

Gamecube
Resident Evil

Xbox
Dino Crisis

I know which game I want most! Read the sig. :laughing:

Resident Evil is a neverending story AND IT\'S DEAD.............Devil May Cry is new with cool features and NEW elements........IT LIVES


I\'m not happy about the RE/GCN story but..........We\'ll get the new games :)
