Yes, all you Americans are about to see Star Trek Enterprise before me, and that makes me a sad panda.
Just felt like sharing it.
:p
Damn, I wanna see the Enterprise premiere :crying:
-
It\'s a about 7 hours from now here in LA:)
-
Is that the one with Scott Bakula (Quantum Leap dude)??
-
Yep sure is, the premiere is tonight altough it\'s probly over by now.
Now I\'ll have to prowl the internet hoping that someone captured it.

One in the same.
Although I\'m more excited about the new Superman show entitled "Smallville". It is looking good.
-
oohh these are good times for Sci-Fi
See Enterprise just premiered, and B5-Legend of THe Rangers is just around the corner.
New Star Trek and a new Babylon5 series (hopefully, we\'ll see how B5LR does) 2 of my favourite TV shows and both are beginning something new.
I couldn\'t be happier :D

I doubt Smallville will last long. Superman has been done to death. With Superman as your star, you have to have good special effects and that means a big budget.
Lois & CLark was best Superman show on and it got cancelled after a couple seasons.
But I don\'t know; if it\'s good it may last.

Thats the thing, he doesn\'t have all of his powers yet. He can\'t fly and I don\'t think he is as strong. I think there is going to be a lot of storyline with some action mixed in kind of like Buffy.

I\'m not a big Star Trek fan but so far I am really digging this show. They really act like real earthlings would on one of our first treks to (Klingonia or whatever its called :D ) Well, theres another hour to go. CYA. :D
Also that Vulcan chick has a very nice rack.
-
Klingonia, bah it\'s Qo-noS god dammit (pronounced Kronos)
-
Holy Sh!t, i missed the show !!
was to busy with stupid work !!!!! :rpissed:
-
Darnit, I wanna see the show and it seems to be quite difficult to locate it on the internet.
And Toxical, your an idiot WHY would you be at work at a day like that??? I mean, it\'s the premiere of a new Trek series and you missed it you dolt :p

It\'s incomprehensible, they just took it too far. Why would a Vulcan have breast enlargement surgery? It\'s so obvious. And why did they have to display her nipples so prominantly? I\'m not a prude, it\'s just that it\'s stupid for them to make this type of character out of such a cerebral rational race like the Vulcans. It\'s embarassing that Paramount still sees the Star Trek franchise as dominated by teen boys who need a dose of tittilation every 15 minutes to keep their interest.

Berman and Braga don\'t respect the fans enough.
If only they\'d take pointers from JMS, the creator of Babylon.5
That guy is the undissputed master of continuity, and he respects the fans intelligence.

-
I didn\'t see it. That goes to show how much of my hardcore Trekkiness I\'ve lost. I remember begging my parents to see the Voyager premiere.
-
i remeber when i saw the clip from the new series on UK TV
*fades to flashback*
a Drunken OOSEVEN one weekend when STAR TREK night was on BBC 2 a few weeks ago when he saw STAR TREK ENTERPRISE
"oh look there SAM he leeped into the body of KIRK now where\'s where AL ?"
"where AL ?"
"ok hes not kissed the Bird he\'s talking to and hes not leapped "
"oh Sam you have Arse it up you will never get home :crying: where the F%^& is AL ?"
later when they showed Star Trek 4 the Voyage home
at that bit where they beem the whales on the klingon ship.
"HOLY S$%^ They have beemed up 3 Whales...........................................oh Sorry Miss MoneyDonkey thats Scotty.............."
"oh no.......... ill be sick as a Dog in the morning "
*fades back again*
Ah great memories

ooseven.....I have no idea what you just said...but it\'s cool :p
Well some good news people, I just watched Broken Bow (the episode of Enterprise incase you don\'t know)
And what can I say, the premise is good as long as Berman and Braga don\'t f*ck it up, they need a lesson in continuity.
The show was fun exiting and well done and I\'m very happy about it.
I especially liked Reed and Tucker, they seem entertaining enough and both have a nice sense of humor.
Dr.Plox was also very good, I liked that they gave him a nice smile, but it just looked to fake I hope they\'ll improve upon it.
Well that\'s about it, now I\'m going to watch it again :D
-
Is Plox a Cardassian, or what? I thought they were the bad guys.
-
Nope he\'s not a Cardassian, he kinda looks like the bastard child of Neelix and some Cardassian.
I guess Michael Westmore\'s creativity isn\'t what it used to be.
-
yes !!! i finally got to see Enterprise,
i think i like the show a lot, it has character and i really enjoy the vulcan babe, i think she has spunk lol :D
