I was wondering what was S-Force on the cover was about.  Got this info at PSXNation.

"Konami utilized a new sound process called "S-FORCE," a new state-of-the-art 3D sound technology developed at Sony Electronics. This technology emulates a fully 3D surround sound environment through standard two channel audio output."
