I want to get the \'DVD region X\' so I can watch other region DVD\'s on my PAL PS2 & TV, and also get an RGB picture without the green screen-as i have read it allows you to do this.
I know that if you have a PAL TV it has to be NTSC compatible for the other DVD regions to work etc-but this is where my problem is. I have a fairly old TV, and in the instructions it doesnt tell me whether its NTSC compatible or not.
So im goin to take the risk and buy it, but only if the \'DVD region X\' works with my UK region 2 DVD\'s-letting me watch them in RGB picture quality, or does actual \'DVD region X\' only work with NTSC compatible TVs?
Thanks

sorry, having read that again I dont think it made much sense.
so heres what I meant the 1st time round:
Using PAL PS2 & TV
Does anyone know if the \'DVD region X\' will play region 2 dvd\'s (with RGB picture quality-without the green screen) on a non NTSC compatible TV?
