WOW, the PS2 has only had the price drop of $200 for a week in Australia and Kmart, Australia\'s Official PS2 Headquatures, are reporting massive sales.
I work in a Kmart store in Brisbane, in the photolab/audio visual department. We had in stock on Monday the 1st October, 67 units of PS2 stock - they were gone by Tuesday morning.
We then recieved another 34 units on Wednesday, and were sold out by noon.
Kmarts all around Australia are reporting the same results.
I should have a statement from head office in the next couple of days to fill you in on the amazing increases around Australia.
SONY could hit 500 000 sales in Australia by March 2002, according to a SONY rep.
