konami deleted the WTC scene and the game comes out November 14th..that is the date that stores should have it in by..the 13th is the shipping date

EDIT: Im thinking of selling my EU PS2 and getting a US PS2 in November when/if Sony does to price-cut :)
If MGS2 is released in 2002 here in EU.. Im getting a US PS2..
If MGS2 is released in 2001 Nov-Dec Im sticking with my EU PS2..
