Mine would probably be quiz shows like the weakest link and who wants to be a millionaire etc.
-
My is those music titles where you have to press the buttons in order to follow a single... I hate music games.
-
Strategy & 1st person shooters.
-
Small Lady don“t you like first person shooters?? mmm... I love them
-
Everyone has their own taste... FPS aren\'t my favorite... BUT I HATE PUZZLE GAMES!!!(ie Tetris, Super Bust a Move)
-
The dance mix games and fighting games
-
First person perspective games where you can not see the person. This is strange ofcourse becuase I am interested in BG: DA and Draken . But you get to see the person.
-
I don\'t really hate any genre except the kind like Parappa the Rapper where you hit those buttons. I can\'t freaking beat the demo!
-
I don\'t like Stratagy GAMES and the little kid puzzle GAMES. I like just about everything else.:D
-
FPS for sure.
I mean how many times can you play the same BS with different graphics... although i look forward to the new DOOM game LOL
-
i can\'t stand rpg\'s, find them incredibly boring
-
Genre I hate the most would be, Simulators games, the majority of sports games, and puzzle games like Myst that requires you to use 90% of your brain (I can handle games like Tetris and Bust A Move, but not superthinking games).
Other then that, many genres I used to hate, now, at least tolerate and maybe even like now (i.e. FPS, RPGs, Survival Horror [or horror games in general]).
-
i hate puzzle games, make me think too much. i hate thinkin!
-
music based games
Everything else I do like, some more then others
-

how can you hate war startegy games i love war games, well old WWII game not like those gay futuristic war games those just piss me off, i love FPS those have to be my favorite type of game
but i hate those damn RPF\'s like ever quest the game with magic crap i hate how there always so much better then those pimps with the fatty swords, and wwhen you have those the fighting still isn\'t cool. i also hate game that are to easy have more movies then they have gameplay, and those damn wanna be mario cart game nothing will ever match up to that.

Yeah, the only thing I hate about RPG\'s is the "Text Fighting". I want real-time action like Zelda.
-
FPS. Those games make me dizzy.
-
Um...flight simulators really rub me the wrong way. I don\'t see any point in them.

I have a problem with some sports games, like Basketball.
I feel like I am at the mercy of the computer and that if the ball goes in the hoop, it is because the computer says "OK I\'ll let him have this one" or "This time the ball will bounce out."
In other types of games like Armored Core 2, if I shoot and miss the other player it is because I was off target.
So I guess I would play a Basketball title if it was a first-person style game with real physics where you aim the ball in an arch and have a power-meter for throwing distance.
Or I could just drive my lazy a$$ to the YMCA and play a real game of Basketball the way it was meant to be played.
P.S. - I like Fantasy based games because they make me forget that I suck at Basketball.

Army Men games have got to be the worst....... amazes me how they still manage to sell loads of them too, are the public really that ignorant?!
-
platformers........ havent played one for ages ..but the ones i have i prefer tpo the old ones as the have sub games....so its not all the same.....i dont like the old 2d one where u just get bigger gaps that become harder and harder to reach to make it harder, also the lame run through befor the roof squashess you part.....thas sad......... or when yoiu cant see where you gotta jump to so you do a leap of faith which you die 10 time doing so then you get it just right
one platform game i love...flash back that game rocked

I don\'t/didn\'t hate all games/genres, just those I\'ve listed (which yes, covers a lot, but hey, still games left for me to like). Afterall, the games I do like, old adventure games, and simulation/strategy games like Simcity and Starcraft. Flight simulators are different. No point in them (what, fly and land successfully in a virtual world? ) while Simcity, make a city and make them successful. ;)
And I didn\'t really get into RPGs until peusado RPG game Quest for Glory, and Parasite Eve came out. And horror games, didn\'t like them until Resident Evil came out (which, when compared to, say Silent Hill [which is another game I liked] or old Freddy Kruger games, not really a horror game. More suspense). Not to mention, at age 10, the view of the world and games is a lot different for me.

fighting games like mortal combat and all those other side scrolling fighting games.... seems like after 10 min of play they just become repetative
-
Actually i agree that army men is the worst genre.
There are more than enough of them to be considered a complete genre eh?
