Title: DVD Region

Does anyone know how to get PS2 to play DVDs from other regions?  I have a region 5 DVD, and my PS2 evidentally plays only region 1.  I\'ve heard something about a mod chip for this, but I\'m not very knowledgable in these things.  Please help!

DVD Region X - Import Player

Just plug in the cartridge and play import DVD Movies!

Lets you play Import DVD movies on your PS2 console. No modifications to your console are needed.

* Simply plug into either memory card slot, load the Region X CD - and Play!
* Plays PAL and NTSC#
* Play Region 1 and Region 2 DVD Movies
* Removes unwanted "Green Screen" effect when watching DVD movies on your TV via a SCART lead

# Your TV needs to be able to operate in NTSC mode - som older TV´s may not support this mode.


I dont know if they have something like this were you live though..

Thank you so much!!! I found a site that sells the region X thing and ordered one...I can\'t wait for it to get here!
