Title: need launch day advice from you guys

Since i didnt get my PS2 on launch day i have no idea what to do. I want a gamecube but i dont want to camp out so can you guys please give me some advice on. I used to preorder but i dont like the bundles. I was wondereing do you guys know of a low key place with a substantial amounf of units, I figure PS2 launch day guys have the experiance so fill me with yo knowledge

WAL-MART

They will sell them at 12:00am (midnight).  You will have to camp for about 2-3 hours.

Put on something warm and wait there for a few hours. That\'s all I could say. But, for GCN, do you even have to camp out liket the PS2? Will it even that popular? I don\'t know. I don\'t know how the preorders did. I don\'t like Nintendo so I don\'t follow up on their news.

I don\'t like Nintendo so I don\'t know.  Don\'t bother staying overnignt, because there will be plenty Gamecube in the morning.  Not many people are going to wait and buy it, so there will be plenty.

Its not worth camping out for a GameCube. Especially with all the kids screaming for candy

Well, I actually think camping out is pretty fun. Whatever it is for. It would be stupid though if you were like the only person. Head to Wal-mart or Kmart a few hours earlier and stay in one of the tents in the store.. Yeah, that should work. lol.

I think that the GC\'s target or main demographic will be younger kids, and most of them won\'t be lining up at 10 pm (they have bedtimes).   Not to mention that most of em will need their parents $$$ to buy the sytem the next day.  Just show up at 11:30 or so at any large no-pre-order store.

Oh hell no, not where i live at least. In VA beach, as soon as i got out of school (2:00) there was already a line of people just chillin inside!
