DOA3 is going to kick serious ass AND move a lot of systems. I\'ve pretty much made up my mind that the xbox CAN happily coexist with my PS2. Once they get this up and running in kiosks and kick the underwhelming Munch out, there are going to be many excited people in malls everywhere.
That\'s my only real concern: can the xbox make it. I hope so and I\'m reasonally sure good ole Bill will reach deeply into his pockets to make sure. But there is still some doubt in me--probably because it looks too good to be true.

I know I feel the same way. Even oddworld I played the demo that was even pretty cool, but your right they need to put DOA3 in the xbox demos and they will fly sell like hotcakes. I pretty sure xbox will do just find I know I"m getting one. There\'s alot of games I want to play on that console. Not to mention there getting shenmue 2 and panzer dragoon X.:thepimp: :thepimp: :thepimp:

Yes the game is beautiful, but I doubt it will move that many systems. The DOA games have never been big sellers.
Isn\'t there supposed to be a 6-pic limit rule? ;)

Already, XBOX graphics show it potential over ps2 and Gamecube. The graphis look like awesome! Amazing for a first generation console! Better than what I see for first generation Gamecube, perhaps even ps2.

Of coarse it looks good first gen. It is the easiest to program. It uses DirectX. They will hit much closer to its max potential with the first batch of games than PS2 is with is second and third gen games.

not bad at all. I think the landscapes are pretty impressive. Overall look though, I don\'t think it really competes to Virtuo Fighter 4 (I probably don\'t like the graphics style of DoA3) and I think the fighters look pretty fake compared to VF4 (has the DoA style graphics IMO).

I think that Funcoland doesn\'t make you buy a tremendous and expensive Xbox package...last time I checked, but I might be wrong.

Anybody seen the DOA 3 MPEG at Fall TGS 2001 yet?
It was shown in 16:9 widescreen mode High Resolution. The area was so mass, fog, super smooth 60fps fighting, big landscape, crazy water effect, nice shadow and reflection on the water!
