Title: Why is Ammu-Nation in Portland always "Out of Stock"

Everytime I go in, the guns are always out of stock? Do you need the unlock the next part of the city or something?

Do some more missions and gameheaven will open up. This store has weapons but you have to do some missions before:nerd:

well mainly because you need to wait a little longer and progress more into the game, eventually you can buy the pistol, then after another whilel you can buy ozzie\'s
