Title: Will I ruin my experience if I play SILENT HILL 2 on easy mode?

I want to check with you guys before I play.  Is it too easy?  Will I miss out on anything?  Is it less creepy?

I know how you feel too.  I was like, sh!t, im scared im going on easy.  Then I started playing and realized I wasnt even getting close to dying so I bumped it up to normal and got a lot more in terms of action from the game.

As a general rule I never play a game on easy. "Normal" tends to be how the developers wanted the game to play. Also I don\'t want to complete a game too quickly by having it on the easy mode.

I\'m playing it with the action level on normal, and the riddle level on easy.   Most of the time the monsters are pretty easy to beat.
