Has got to be the Dreamcast, although it died an untimely death, I\'m glad i bought mine, and still play it, but still, it has the most AAA titles of any console. But still, in your guys opipion, whats the best console ever.
I\'m going to say Dreamcast.

There aren\'t good consoles, only good games. I\'ll tell you some good consoles, but I doubt I could tell you the best console. Recently I\'ve been enjoying Dreamcast, but Super Nintendo will probably remain my favorite as of yet. I enjoy pretty much all gaming systems.

Snes was awesome, alot of kick ass games on it, so, it ranks up there with DC as well. I had a blast playing my SNES when i first got it. I haven\'t played it in years, due to the fact it doesn\'t work anymore.

I don\'t know, 3DO was pretty good, but then again that Jaguar...

favorite console? mmh... I\'ve owned NES, SNES, PC, PSX and now PS2. I think PSX was great... I mean, so many games catched my interest: starting with Tomb Raider, Wipeout 2097, Broken Sword, GTA, Gran Turismo, Ridge Racer, Crash Bandicoot... it was just great. PS2 definately continued this tradition: SSX, Tekken, Timesplitters, GTA3, GT3, Silent Hill 2, DMC... to get to the point, PS2 would be my "best console". I never enjoyed myself that much with a console before and it\'s just getting better and better.

I didnt perticularly like Dreamcast at all. I bought one after christmas because I couldnt find a PS2 and it was cheaper. I got the system itself with a mem card, an extra controller, and sonic adventure (hey, it was $10 brand new!). I really wanted to play RE:CV, Im a pretty big Resident Evil fan. After I played thoes two games, there wasnt anything else that I liked on Dreamcast. I hate fighting games and any other sport game besides hockey (NHL2K sucks BTW). I already played Quake 3 and UT on my computer. I cant think of one good game besides RE:CV that was on dreamcast. I think it sucked personally.

You got some points there.
NHL 2K sucked alot of ass. UT on PC looked better on PC then it did on DC, and it was hard as hell to play with that DC controller. Quake 3 i have never played so i dunno about that.

havent seen one of these on PSx2c in a while.
Saturn is the best system ever.
Tons of great:
fighting games.
strategy RPG
RPG
Racing
import heaven.
plus online games that me and some buds still play everyonce in a while.
DC is up there, easily. As is Sega Master System and Atari 2600.

I like the SNES and the PSX..
PSX is better though..
And it seems like PS2 is gonna take over the role of his father(psx) :fro:

Hmm, I guess it is PSX but PS2 is up there too. They I guess are tied for first followed by Genesis then NES the GBC.

1. PlayStation.
2. Genesis
3. SNES
4. NES
5. Dreamcast
6. Intellivision
7. N64

The Super Nintendo Entertainment System. Hands down. However, if the Gameboy Advance keeps up...

I\'m gonna have to say that the all time best console ever was the Turbo Graffix 16 with its I and II buttons a run button instead of a start button it even came with Keith Courage in Alpha Zones in the form of a handy little card-like cartridge. and Bonk who could forget Bonk. J/K Turbo was not the best but I really enjoyed it while it lasted.

Let\'s not forget about the Phillips/Magnaox CD-I which had 3 exclusive Zelda games and a sweet game called Burnout... damn, if only it had more than like 10 games that system would hae been sweet!
