Title: Cel-shaded Zelda

The concept is great. The gameplay is by Miyamoto so it goes without saying that the gameplay will be quite enjoyable.

BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE THE CHARACTERS ANIME STYLE!!!!

OKAY! Now that I\'ve read about some new things regarding this Zelda polygon turned into Cel-da  hero...turns out that Miyamoto may change the design of this mild looking character. Who knows....he did say that there would be no more leaks to the press. He may have actually read the internet woes regarding this Saturday morning cartoon design.. Is it possible he\'s gonna make Link more aggressive looking....anime like?

See, now that makes sense.  Some people heard there could be a style change and assumed they were starting over with the old Spaceworld design.  That\'s just won\'t happen.

Changing the look of Link in a subtle manner could work, though, and hopefully they give him a little more edge.  We\'ll see; hopefully the game will be good no matter what, though.

Nope. Just typical bulls*** internet rumor crap. Even shiggy said in an interview that that is not ever going to happen.

Actually, Miyamoto has said that there will be a few minor cosmetic changes happening to Link..

But the cel-shading stays.

I\'m guessing that they\'ll change his eyes. God, those are annoying the way they are now.

Thats gonna blow up in nintendos faces..... good thing their making another Ledgend of Zelda which looks ALOT better then that. You can see the pics and stuff at cube.ign.com then go to preveiws Section:L   Ledgend of Zelda(spaceworld 2000) at the bottom of the writing click on the media ect.... and look at them pics. Those pics of the elf and Link make me laugh.....I wonder if they were thinking of the elf while making the character design for link,

And therein lies the controversy.  As the story goes, that version was scrapped completely, in favor of the elf looking cartoon depicted above. :)
