I just picked up my xbox today AND ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Halo was okay.... boring none-the-less doa3 was doa2 with some new things.... Project GOtham = wannabee GTA car damage whatever... ROFL I own these games so don\'t mock me ROFL.... I swear besides wiehging 9 pounds and being an eye sore there is not much more this thing can DO ROFL..... Im gonna love seeing microsoft pull this **** off the shelves... one good game its the same as the ps2 lineup... and halo isn\'t even good nuff to jus buy the xbox... ROFL.... even after wasting 300 dollars and an additional 200 for controllers, games.... etc I don\'t mind because i had the last laugh.. LOL

How did you have the last laugh? You got screwed (IN YOUR OPINION) out of $500. Not only did you spend a lot of money for something you didn\'t even want, but you are supporting the Xbox -- the system you have been bashing for months. I just don\'t get you.

Hey Nigs, you realize that this thread doesn\'t make the X-Box look bad - it just makes you look like an idiot of galactic stupidity who spent 300 dollars on a system which he felt sucked and then comes to a forum to tell everyone about it.

I was just going to say that I would recommend selling it on ebay, but you already are. Like mm said, I\'m glad I didn\'t waste my $500. More money for the hopefully-not-so-disappointing Gamecube.

Difference between X-box and PS2 was that even PS2 had a slow start, we all knew that there were some great games coming but I don\'t see any greats coming to X-box (Say, "Metal Gear" and I\'ll rip off your head and shove it down your neck).
I was never hyped in the X-box and will have a PS2 until I see something that in my opinion is better.

I was gonna tell you guys what happened at work today, but the forum was down (at least for me??) and it is getting late, I will type up a good one after school tomorrow.
told ya so Lavan :) Although I doubt he, nor anyone who would type something this retarded sounding, actaully got an X-Box. I will let you guys know why tomorrow.

Nigs, thanks for your thoughs on your xbox review. Sell it on ebay, you\'ll get close to what you payed for it. I have a weird feeling that the xbox will be like the Sega Saturn. Now I know that the PS2 is best. ;)

He cant advertise? are you crazy? first of all im sure he has an advertising department , and it is god of advertising , he had a load of ads on wrestling , he had a wrestler playing it , hes sponsering a pay-per-veiw , he had a 2 page ad in THE COVER OF EGM!!! in the damn cover! he cant advertise??? no... he can advertise and hes doing 100x better then Sony or Sega or Nintendo is/has done it

BTW Nigs, if you actually think you will get your money back selling it on ebay, you are in for a surprise. Why would people buy a used (possibly damaged for all they know) system on ebay when they can just go to the store and get a bran new one? Xboxes are not hard to find, so there is no reason to buy one on ebay.

Shenmue is one of the greatest games of all time, no doubt about it, but Saturn is home to the Panzer Dragoon series, Shining Force III, Street Fighter (tons of them), guardian Heroes, Radiant Silvergun, etc, etc,etc.
Nothing can match Saturn I feel, it was the end of the heydays of gaming. Gaming is now officially a business, run by suits. At least back in the old days people were having fun developing games at like Sierra, where as now, they fired the original programmers who made the Sierra community because the new owner didn\'t want to drive all the way out to the building. **** companies! Sega still pertains much to the ways of the old, and they are getting their asses kicked everytime they try and stick to just making good games!
