Title: What do you all think of HALO??
Post by: Nigs Reborn on November 17, 2001, 05:01:13 PM: I hated the controls at first but IM LOVING THIS GAME... the co op n stuff r just exciting and stuff... I think mgs 2 gonna have a hard time with halo as far as game of the year.... it was a close call.... But Halo I find is more exciting than MGS2 do you guys feel the same way?

Post by: DarkchimP on November 17, 2001, 05:32:19 PM: Just played it at my buddy\'s house with 2 tvs and 2 X-boxes. Keeping in mind I am a real Sony fanboy and still am, I feel this has got to be one of the best games I have played. Really cool with 1 guy driving jeep 1 guy on turret the other just shooting like mad. It truly is an awesome experience. I love MGS2 but I do think Halo has got it beat.

Wait till the PC release and play it on my 1.4Gig Athlon system with full mouse and keyboard support oh and online support/gaming total price £35 !

definately wait for the PC version. Although, graphics might be cut down thanks to Microsoft (just to promote Xbox sales), you have the online support.

Post by: Watchdog on November 18, 2001, 07:46:18 AM: Wow! A 35 dollar computer. In North America we have to pay at least 1000 dollars for our systems and upgrade them regularily. I guess that\'s why xbox is popular here. 400 dollars is a bargin to play high quality games.

yeah to be honest i am looking forward to this game and will play it on X box or PC

what ever is the better of the two or more to the point which ever i can get my grubby hands on first ;)

oh sorry watchdog i was just saying that for me to play Halo i can just wait for the PC launch and play it on the computer that i already have. and hence the cost of getting HALO on the PC for me is £35 i.e. the price of the game.

but i have a fealing that it will be out for the Xbox First over here in PAL\'sVille

on X-Box however I think it\'ll be amazing.

the reason for this is the online stuff...Halo is a team game...and everyone knows how many ****eads there is on the net. Every try to get a good team game of Tribes 2? harder than it sounds.

at least with multiplayer and co-op on Xbox you cna communicate properly face to face...much more fun IMO.
